The objective is to create a web application which will empower the energy business operators to take better decisions allowing them to predict two main customer behaviours:
• Willingness to celebrate an energy services contract
• Churn probability
The new contract and churn advisor web application will combine the results of predictive models for acquisition and churn probability of energy services, facilitating the consumption of the calculated business information by using compelling visualization techniques.

Founded in 2017, grama is a company based in Coimbra, Portugal, dedicated to the design and development of advanced software solutions. Grama’s team has several years of experience delivering complex software projects worldwide, ranging from growing startups to the largest telecom operators.
At REACH, grama is addressing an EDP challenge by creating a predictive model for acquisition and churn probability of energy services. Our goal is to empower the business operators to take better decisions allowing them to predict two main customer behaviours: 1) Willingness to celebrate an energy or services contract; 2) Churn probability.

After 9 years of experience, including leading several software engineering projects, he founded Grama assuming responsibilities from technical to business management.

Francisco Gaspar - Junior Data Scientist
Bachelor’s student in engineering and data science, he has experience developing a web application for venues’ management and on an image detection project to select streamers highlights on Twitch.
Beatriz Antunes - Junior Data Scientist
With a bachelor’s degree in information management, she has experience developing a web application for venues’ management.
Marco Mendes - UI/UX Designer
He has 3 years of professional experience in web design producing low and high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes, and production of all the UI assets required by the developers.
